Liz Mansfield, Director
Liz Mansfield is the Executive Director for the Sierra Water Workgroup. The SWWG mission is to increase inter-regional cooperation and assist regional efforts in protecting and enhancing water quality, water supply, and watershed health. She worked for El Dorado Irrigation District as the Water Resources Manager. She was also served as the Executive Director of the Integrated Regional Water Management Planning group for the Cosumnes, American, Bear and Yuba River Region (CABY). Previously, Mrs. Mansfield worked for the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, held the position as Deputy Assistant to the California Department of Water Resources, and Water Consultant to the California Legislature, Assembly Committee on Water, Parks And Wildlife.

Kate Gladstein, Operations Manager 
Kate is a Geologist and GIS Specialist who has been working with 
Sierra Water Workgroup since a 2015 Americorps service. She also works with CAL FIRE, where she develops mapping technology. Kate has a background analyzing ground deformation, rural roads, and groundwater, as well as web and traditional GIS. She is a University of Vermont Bachelor of Science, and current Civil Engineering graduate student at CSU - Sacramento. 

In the near future, SWWG will have 6 IRWM mapping tools launched in production, as well as a data hub intended as a source for Sierra regional watershed, NGO, and tribal data.

Gavin Feiger, Coordinator
Since 2011, Gavin has been working to protect Sierra lands, water, wildlife, and rural communities; and providing campaign support to Sierra conservation groups to implement strong policy at the local, regional, and state levels. He is also a facilitator, coordinator, and event planner for a variety of collaborative efforts for a broad range of conservation issues across the Sierra. Before coming to the Sierra, Gavin served a year fellowship with the Pew Charitable Trusts Environment Group’s Clean Energy Program. Prior to his fellowship, Gavin worked in Arkansas and Santa Barbara, California. Originally from Montana, he obtained his Master of Environmental Science and Management in 2010 from the Bren School at the University of California, Santa Barbara, and his BS in Geology from the University of Washington.
